The source of our ambition

Although we can all improve, it’s crucial to understand the source of our drive to grow. Is it rooted in a fear of failure or a constant voice telling us we're not good enough? Or is it a healthy ambition to manifest our creativity and let our voice be heard?

Being aware of the quality and source of our ambition can teach us a lot about ourselves. Is it a healthy desire to improve and grow, or is it self-criticism and the thought that whatever we do isn't good enough? Consider a seed: it isn’t upset because it’s not yet a tree. By being mindful of what drives us—whether it’s criticism or a longing for growth and expression—we gain not only self-insight but also awareness of the energy we bring to our actions. This mindset profoundly influences our success.

The desire to grow and improve ourselves and our business is natural and healthy. However, we should first appreciate what we have already achieved and everything that is going well. An abundance mindset not only helps attract growth but also allows us to learn from our successes. By understanding what is working, we can leverage this success for further growth. Celebrating our achievements grounds us in the present, enabling us to make plans based on our current reality.

So, what is pushing you forward? Is it a harsh inner critic saying you're not good enough, or an encouraging voice recognizing your capacities and efforts, stimulating you to unfold your potential? Is it the fear of not meeting expectations, or the longing to explore and fulfill your potential? Are you driven by pressure and a sense of obligation, or by a desire to share yourself and your talents, feeling a healthy pull towards life?
